I just wanted to say to all the club’s followers that we are back! Senior pres-eason training is in full swing and we have welcomed several new faces to training each week.

The 1st XV has a huge challenge this year having just won promotion and anybody is welcome to come along and try rugby for fitness or to be part of a group of people aiming to achieve even more success!
Our training is split on Tuesdays with forwards and backs either at the gym or at the club, and Thursdays is for the full senior squad at the club. Having over 30 guys at every squad session is really exciting for the future.

All our training is in accordance with the current safety guidelines, in small groups, but despite restriction the lads are showing excellent attitude and a good level of skill already.

Lastly, we all look forward to the day when the team takes the field and the lads are roared on by the excellent supporters we have around the club. It won’t be much longer, and game day number 1 will be a special occasion for all.
Thanks for your support!!

Head Coach
