Club shirts show cased at Twickenham Stadium during the Autumn Nations Cup

While we can’t be watching England Rugby in our clubhouse or at Twickenham Stadium, we wanted to let you know that NRUFC has sent our club shirt to Twickenham Stadium to take pride of place in the stands to make sure we are represented and are supporting the England team in spirit if not in person.

The RFU wants to create a visual representation of the community game by displaying one shirt per club. Each shirt will remind the players where they started their rugby careers, that we’re all still cheering them on from a distance and, perhaps most importantly, will underline to everybody watching on TV the importance of grassroots rugby and the impact the pandemic is having on our community game. Read more here

Fans can also send in messages of support to show in England Rugby and the Red Roses’ team rooms, just as Warrington U8s have done here. Simply email a photoand message to PatriciaMowbray@RFU.com

If you want to see how the England squad has been preparing for the fixtures, watch this episode of the Next Level and feel free to share on your channels.
